Apply today to the second level of our signature, 120-day training program that brings newly hired or promoted property and field team leaders together for a crash course into everything NHS.

Subject matter experts on our corporate team provide hands-on learning opportunities and sessions for attendees, equipping them with the tools they need to return to their hotels and succeed as NHS leaders.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

PARTICIPATION INCENTIVES

Advanced hospitality training from NHS senior and executive-level leadership
$5,000 increase upon completion for salaried managers, $2 per hour increase for Ascend Level 1 Graduates
Priority consideration for leadership positions at any National Hospitality Services managed hotel

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Must be a current associate with at least of 6 months of service
Approval from General Manager and Regional Director
The associate can not have had any disciplinary action in the last 12 months
